Gideon Toal Management Services (GTMS) was honored at the DFW International Airport annual Excellence Awards.
Airport awards and recognition are highly relevant because they serve as a crucial benchmark for passenger satisfaction, indicating an airport's quality of service, facilities, and overall customer experience, which can significantly boost an airport's reputation within the industry. Awards essentially act as a "seal of approval" for passengers considering travel options. That is one reason why acknowledging and honoring concessions and services is an important aspect of DFW Airport’s efforts to give that recognition.
This year, GTMS received multiple awards in several categories. Employees Andrew Harris and Leipa Paea, were honored for Excellence in Customer Service. GTMS was honored as an airport partnership “hero”. In addition, The Bridge, a for profit and nonprofit social entrepreneurship concession model was also honored as a Community Give Back Hero Partner and The Club DFW was selected Best Small Lounge for Customer Service Excellence.

Founded in 1996, GTMS operates airport lounges at 11 locations in 8 domestic U.S. airports including Dallas Fort Worth International, Orlando International, and Las Vegas International and has earned multiple prestigious aviation awards for exceptional customer service since 2014.
