Gideon Toal Management Services (GTMS) has partnered with CAVU as their Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) management services company for the new common use Escape lounge at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Founded by Manchester Airport Group, CAVU strives to revolutionize airport travel, creating value for passengers and the businesses that serve them with an unrivalled understanding of airport passengers by creating seamless, enjoyable travel experiences.
The 2,800 square-foot space Escape Lounge will be located post-security on the 2nd-floor hallway leading to Concourse A and will accommodate up to 58 guests. Travelers from any airline, regardless of their ticket class, will be able to enjoy the amenities.
The lounge will offer unlimited, fresh, and locally sourced food options, along with a full bar and coffee service. Other amenities include plush and relaxed seating, ample power outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, printing services, and access to magazines and newspapers.
The design of the lounge will also integrate elements representing Syracuse and will partner with multiple local businesses to showcase locally crafted materials and produce.

Since no two Escape Lounges are the same, the Syracuse Escape Lounge will showcase its own unique style.”
This is one of several Escape Lounges managed by GTMS. Since the beginning of the year, the company has expanded management services in Ft. Lauderdale, Columbus and now Syracuse. There is also the first social entrepreneur model for GTMS – The Bridge Travel Essentials opening in the fall at DFW International Airport. The Bridge Travel Essentials will be located in Terminal A.
