Rick has over 30 years in financial experience.  He began his career at the largest accounting firm in the world at the time, Arthur Andersen & Co, in the Tax Division.  He also spent time working as a consultant in the Consulting Division of Arthur Anderson & Co.  After five years of gaining experience, he started his own accounting firm.  An opportunity to be the CFO of an independent minor league baseball league was something he could not refuse.  He had seven offices in seven towns and travelled around the league during the baseball season.  When the league office moved to Missouri, he decided to remain in Texas and became the CFO of a manufacturing firm with plants in three different states.  When the National Cutting Horse Association contacted him to be the CFO, he jumped at the chance to work with an organization with activity in all 50 states and multiple foreign countries.  He also served as Treasurer of the association and Treasurer of the NCHA Foundation.  Rick’s broad background made him a great fit to become a partner with SeatonHill Partners, a CFO firm in Dallas/Fort Worth.  He has been in his role for the past three years and serves as the CFO of multiple companies.

Larry Hamilton’s aviation career spans a total of forty-five (45) years.
